WISCHNEWSKIY ULTRASONIC MOTORS KNOW-HOW TECHNOLOGY.

Back in 1974, Mr. Vladimir Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy), a researcher at the Department of Microelectronics and semi-conductor devices of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, began to study piezoelectric elements to use them as piezoelectric drive devices.

As a result of the studies for the first time, principles of work and principles for the construction of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors were developed. Prototypes of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors were created. For the first time, the characteristics of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors were measured. For the first time, a method for calculating piezoelectric ultrasonic motors and their characteristics was proposed. For the first time, the principles of electronic control systems for piezoelectric ultrasonic motors were created and such systems were created. These were the basic technological principles of their manufacture.

The fundamental principle used by Dr. Vladimir Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy) in the work of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors is the piezoelectric excitation of two types of standing acoustic waves in a waveguide-resonator (actuator).

As a result of the propagation of acoustic waves, some surface areas of the resonator waves (actuators) move along enclosed trajectories with high amplitude. Friction elements are present in these areas, which also move along a closed path and periodically undergo movement.

Moreover, the waveguide-resonator (actuator) in piezoelectric ultrasonic motors is made entirely of monolithic piezoelectric material. This allows you to maximize the efficiency of the motors.

As a result of work carried out by Dr. Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy), a new field of technology for piezoelectric drive devices has been created - piezoelectric ultrasonic motors.

Wischnewskiy Ultrasonic Motors (WUM) was created based on the principles and technologies created by Dr. Vladimir Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy) for 45 years of activity in this field of technology. Please see the list of Dr. Vladimir Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy) scientific publications.

WUM has unique characteristics that allow you to choose the optimal shapes of piezoelectric resonator waveguides (actuators) and choose the optimal materials. Wischnewskiy Ultrasonic Motors Corporation, using the vast experience of Dr. Vladimir Vishnevsky (Wladimir Wischnewskiy) in the field of creating ultrasonic piezoelectric motors of various types.

Besides, WUM has the technology for calculating the basic elements of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors, a technology for calculating the characteristics of piezoelectric ultrasonic motors, and a technology for testing piezoelectric ultrasonic motors.

Besides, WUM has a unique technology for creating control electronics, which consists of single-phase, two-phase, and three-phase ultrasonic piezoelectric motors, which operate both with constant and partial rewind in the oscillator mode.

WUM also has a unique technology for creating electronic control circuits for ultrasonic piezoelectric motors that work with position sensors and speed sensors of a moving element. Please see more here.
